Julien Boucher

Julien Boucher currently serves as the Director of Adolescence and Well-Being at Ville de Saint-Denis since September 2023 and has held the position of Vice President at the Fédération de Paris de la Ligue de l’enseignement since June 2009. Previously, Julien was the Director of the Espoir-Cfdj farms and the insertion project "les brigades vertes" from December 2019 to August 2023, and JULIEN founded the association "Les Fermiers de la Francilienne" in April 2014, aimed at fostering urban farming and social inclusion. Julien's extensive experience also includes roles such as Chargé de mission at Espoir cfdj, elected local council member for the Mairie de Paris, and various leadership positions in social and cultural organizations. Julien holds a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences from Université Paris 13 and several other qualifications in specialized education, commerce, and automotive repair.
