Michelle Dill

Michelle Dill has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, primarily with the Federation of State Medical Boards since July 1999, where roles have included Manager of Credentialing and Operational Development, Supervisor, Team Lead, Trainer, and Analyst. Responsibilities have encompassed leading audit teams to ensure quality for membership boards, training staff on policies and procedures, maintaining physician portfolios for state licensure, and managing data entry and coding of physician applications. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Customer Service Representative at McKesson Medication Management, assisting pharmacy staff in the South Central USA with pharmaceutical orders. Education has been pursued at Austin Community College and through AHIMA.
