Nicole Folstad

Nicole Folstad is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG reporting, currently serving as a Senior ESG Reporting and Compliance Analyst at FedEx since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Account Director and Junior Account Director at Flag, where Nicole led teams to develop ESG strategies and managed client relationships. Nicole also worked with WuXi AppTec as a Client Support Coordinator, contributing to project management and client communications. Earlier experience includes consulting for sustainable brands on life cycle assessments and a strong background in molecular biology with positions at Calyxt and the University of Minnesota.
