Gordon Baker

Gordon Baker has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Gordon has held various roles in different companies. Their most recent position is as President at Modern Claims Solutions, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at FedNat as an Assistant Vice President, starting in 2017.

From 2005 to 2016, Gordon worked at Nationwide Financial as a Casualty Claims Director. In this role, they were responsible for directing the processing and payment of personal lines casualty claims, including complex litigation. Gordon provided guidance on the most complex claims and developed short and long-term objectives for success.

Before joining Nationwide Financial, Gordon worked at Nationwide Insurance from 1996 to 2005. Gordon held various roles including Associate Casualty Director from 2003 to 2005, Claims Manager from 1999 to 2003, and they also owned and operated an independent multi-line insurance agency as a Nationwide Business Owner from 1996 to 1999.

Gordon Baker obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lander University. Gordon attended Lander University from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they were enrolled in Anderson University in 1985 and pursued Business Administration and Management, General, although they did not complete a degree at that institution.
