Marilyn Staff

Marilyn Staff has over 35 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Marilyn began their career in 1985 at Whidden Memorial Hospital, where they worked as a Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, and eventually as the Director of Nursing for the Transitional Care Unit. In 1999, they joined Sun Healthcare Group as a Clinical Services Coordinator for the Massachusetts region. Marilyn then moved on to Northeast Clinical Services, Inc. in 2005, where they worked as the Director of Clinical Services until 2011. Marilyn then became the Home Care Director at Right at Home, In Home Care and Assistance until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Marilyn worked as an RN Consultant for Healthcare Consulting. Most recently, they have held the position of Director of Care Coordination at FedPoint since 2015.

Marilyn Staff received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Boston College in the years 1981-1985. Marilyn obtained a Certification in Ethics, Legal Principles, and Key Practice Areas from Boston University in 2018. Additionally, they received a Certification in Case Management from Boston University Cader Certification Case Management in 2017. Marilyn completed their secondary education at Pope John High School from 1978 to 1981. Information about their education in Lean Six Sigma is not provided.
