Heather di Salvo Jenkins

Heather Di Salvo Jenkins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Heather started their career as an intern at House of Blues, where they later worked as a Human Resources Assistant, supporting a team of 2 and managing HR functions for 300 employees.

Heather then joined Canon Business Solutions, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and later became a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they supported a team of 7 and provided HR support for 700 employees across multiple states. Heather also served as the US leader on the worldwide implementation team for Kronos Time and Attendance Software.

Heather's next role was at GPA, where they started as a Human Resources Manager and initiated the company's participation in the Best Workplace in the America's program. Heather later became the Director of Human Resources, leading HR efforts for a new business unit in California and participating in strategic plans for the company's first production facility. Heather successfully integrated a major acquisition and built the HR organizational structure from the ground up as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated their ability to implement HR initiatives, provide executive support, and drive revenue growth.

Heather Di Salvo Jenkins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management from Columbia College Chicago. Heather also completed the HR Certification Institute Program at DePaul University. Heather has additional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) obtained in 2008 and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) obtained in 2015.
