Vera Valtancoli

Vera Valtancoli has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Vera started their career as a Learning & Development Specialist at Deloitte in 2003 and worked there until 2004. Vera then joined Luxottica as an HR Manager for Corporate Offices from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Pioneer Investments as an HR Business Partner for Western Europe & International Distribution. Vera held this role until 2011, after which they became an HRBP for Distribution & Corporate Staff - Italy until 2014. Vera then moved to UniCredit in 2015, where they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Vera worked at Eataly as the Global Head of HR. Their most recent position is with Fedrigoni Group, where they currently serve as the HR Director for the Business Unit Self-Adhesives.

Vera Valtancoli completed their University Degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at Università degli Studi, Milano from 1997 to 2002. In 2014, they obtained an ACC Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation. Additionally, in the same year, they pursued further education in Body & Movement - Somatic Coaching at Newfield Colorado.
