Eric DePinto

Eric DePinto's work experience is as follows:

1. Chief Operating Officer at Feedback Earth since April 2023.

2. Director Of Operations & Engineering // General Manager at Feedback Earth from July 2021 to April 2023. During this role, they were responsible for the stand-up of an industrial food waste up-cycling facility and grew the business to an $18M+ valuation. Eric managed all facility operations, logistics, and engineering, established a safety culture, developed operational procedures, and developed new business opportunities.

3. Coordination & Economics Supervisor at ExxonMobil from March 2021 to July 2021.

4. Engineering Supervisor at ExxonMobil from July 2019 to July 2021.

5. Electrical / Instrument Engineer at ExxonMobil from June 2016 to July 2019. Eric was responsible for overseeing contractors during the detailed design phase of a project and assisting the Lead Electrical Engineer.

6. Electrical Engineer at ExxonMobil from January 2015 to June 2016. Eric worked on the Odoptu Stage 2 Project, coordinating design activities in Houston, module fabrication in South Korea, and operation in Russia. Eric also updated global company standards, coordinated power system classes, and served as the Recruiting Coordinator.

7. Facilities Electrical Engineer at ExxonMobil from August 2013 to January 2015. Eric worked on global initiatives, updated company standards, and coordinated power system classes. Eric also served as the Recruiting Coordinator for the Upstream Facilities Engineering group.

Eric DePinto attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems. In addition to their formal education, they have also received various certifications such as the Enterprise Leadership Program (I&D, bias, strategy/growth, general leadership training) from ExxonMobil in December 2019, the Operations Leadership Academy from ExxonMobil in November 2019, and the Muster Attendee & Extreme Ownership Leadership Training from Echelon Front in September 2019.
