Sofia Lindfors

Sofia Lindfors currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at FeedbackFrog, where responsibilities include leading projects, providing high-quality service to clients, and facilitating feedback collection to enhance services and products. Previously, Sofia completed a Data Analyst bootcamp at Nod Coding Bootcamp focusing on Python, SQL, and machine learning. Experience also includes a Project Assistant role at Bang Agency, contributing to project planning and CRM implementation, and various positions as a cashier and clerk at ICA Gruppen, NACKA TRÄ & BYGGVAROR, and ZARA HOME.
