Osama Ghaly

Osama Ghaly is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology and database research. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Feedback Middle East since November 2010, Osama oversees IT infrastructure and develops new systems. Prior to this role, Osama worked as a Database Researcher at Arabian Advanced Systems "Naseej," where responsibilities included building a new database for the Isalni service. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at Perfect Solution, focusing on computer hardware and software maintenance and network management. Osama also completed an Oracle training program with certifications in Oracle 10g Developer and Administrator at Orascom Training & Technology. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting from Ain Shams University, alongside Oracle certifications from Oracle University.
