Janine Loechel

Janine Loechel has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Janine is currently working at Feeding America as the Director of Learning Integration. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience in the education and publishing industry. Janine worked at BenchPrep as the Director of Learning & Content Services and also held roles as a Manager of Learning Content, Senior Learning Content Manager, and Content Manager. Before BenchPrep, Janine worked at Agate Publishing, Inc. as an Associate Manager of Content Development and Project Coordinator. Janine began their career at Goodheart-Willcox as an Associate Editor, where they were responsible for editing textbooks and writing features and chapter activities. Janine also worked at Barbara's Bookstore, Sourcebooks, Independent Publishers Group, Frugal Muse Books, and Michaels, gaining experience in various positions.

Janine Loechel attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Prior to that, they studied English at Loyola University Chicago from 2006 to 2007. Janine also has a certification in Editing from the University of Chicago Graham School.
