Hillary Gale has a diverse work experience that includes roles in both the non-profit and mental health sectors. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at Feeding South Florida® as a Director of Client Services. In this role, Hillary leads initiatives to address food insecurity as a social determinant of health and manages healthy equity and direct service programs. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Feeding South Florida®, where they conducted community needs assessments and worked on improving access to food through sustainable solutions. From 2017 to 2019, Hillary served as a Program Coordinator at Feeding South Florida®, where they led research initiatives studying the impact of food insecurity on health outcomes and assisted in cultivating and stewarding healthcare donors. Before joining Feeding South Florida®, Hillary worked at RECOVERY RESTART, LLC as a Primary Therapist/Case Manager from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they conducted therapy sessions and facilitated groups at multiple levels of care, focusing on topics such as healthy relationships, coping skills, and substance abuse education.
Hillary Gale attended Florida State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Science and Sociology.
