Malinda Robey

Malinda Robey, MBA, serves as Vice President of Customer Experience and Success at Feedzai since July 2022. Previously, Malinda held multiple leadership roles at Finastra from January 2017 to July 2022, including Vice President of Customer Support for Global BaaS & Cloud Strategy and VP of Payments for Global Services Americas. At Bank Leumi USA, Malinda was the First Vice President and Head of PMO, where responsibilities included establishing a new enterprise PMO and managing a major technology transformation project. Malinda also contributed to Suffolk County National Bank as Vice President of Program Management, focusing on PMO development and project methodology implementation. Earlier experience includes positions at NTT Data Corporation, SAIC, and the County of Nassau, with a strong emphasis on project management and system implementation across various sectors. Malinda holds an MBA from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Albany.
