Tryg Siverson has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Line Cook for JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT in 2003. Tryg then moved on to become an Executive Chef at Balducci's Food Lover's Market in 2005. In 2008, they took on two roles: Managing Partner of Friedman's and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Feel Good Foods. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of Hazelicious, an Operations Management Consultant for CPG Guy, and Vice President of Manufacturing for InnovAsian.
Tryg Siverson began their educational journey in 1997 at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied Food Science. In 2001, they transferred to The Culinary Institute of America to pursue an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, which they completed in 2003. Tryg also holds a Serv-Safe certification.
