Oshri Shilo, CPA, MBA

Oshri Shilo, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Oshri began their career in 1994 as a Manager at EY. In 1999, they moved to Advanced Vision Technology (A.V.T.) Ltd as Corporate Controller. In 2008, they were promoted to Finance Manager at A.V.T. In 2015, they became Regional CFO/Director of Finance at Ceragon Networks. In 2019, they were appointed Corporate Director of Finance at Kornit Digital. Currently, they are Chief Financial Officer at Feelit Technologies, a fast-growing Industry 4.0 startup company operating in the field of predictive maintenance for sustainable smart manufacturing. In this role, they serve as a trusted advisor and senior management business partner driving the company’s strategy, business goals and fundraising. Oshri is responsible for establishing short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures, as well as leading operational and financial business processes from inception to fast growth. Oshri is also responsible for US GAAP accounting, IT/ERP systems, payroll, equity and taxation.

Oshri Shilo has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Oshri is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
