Debra Houser

Debra Houser is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in patient advocacy and technical support. Currently serving as a Storyteller at the Death with Dignity National Center, Debra shares personal experiences related to terminal illness to promote supportive legislation in Maryland. As a Social Ambassador for the American Brain Tumor Association and a Patient Advocate with the National Brain Tumor Society, Debra actively raises awareness about brain cancer and engages with congressional representatives on relevant issues. Additionally, Debra has a strong background in software support and application support, having held positions at FEI Systems and Maxim Healthcare Services, where responsibilities included client support, technical issue resolution, and the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange solutions.
