Jason Stagmer

Jason Stagmer currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Service Management at Tower Federal Credit Union since November 2023. With extensive experience in IT, Jason has held various roles, including IT Manager at FEI Systems since February 2011, where responsibilities included service delivery, ITIL, ISO 20000, incident and problem management, change management, and FISMA compliance. Previous positions include Director of Infrastructure Operations and Systems Analyst at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine from 2010 to 2011, as well as Systems Administrator at T. Rowe Price from 2000 to 2009, focusing on trouble tickets, software and hardware installations, and workstation builds. Jason completed education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from January 2018 to May 2023.
