Nikita Ashok

Nikita Ashok is a seasoned Scrum Master and Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in agile methodologies and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate Scrum Master at FEI Systems since July 2021, Nikita specializes in supporting Medicaid LTSS programs through the Carity solution. Previous roles include Sr. Scrum Master at Anthem, Inc., where Nikita worked in a SAFe environment for multiple PEGA teams, and facilitated Scrum ceremonies at American Electric Power. Educationally, Nikita holds a Computer Software Engineering degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, an Executive MBA from the University of the Cumberlands, and a Computer Software Engineering degree from Visahka Institute of Engineering and Technology.
