Tu Fanger is an executive director, vice president and joint company secretary of the Company. He joined Heilongjiang Feihe in October 2006 and has served as the vice president of Heilongjiang Feihe since then. He has been a director and vice president of the Company since June 2013, a joint company secretary of the Company since July 2017, and was re-designated as an executive director in April 2017. Ms. Tu has been a director of Vitamin World USA since June 2018. Ms. Tu has extensively participated in the Group's international business development and capital market matters, including the listing of Flying Crane US on the New York Stock Exchange in 2009, the privatization of FCUS in 2013, and the merger with Harvard in 2014. Faculty of Medicine Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center established Feihe Nutrition Laboratory, expanded the Group’s business in Canada in 2015, acquired the retail health business of Vitamin World in 2018 and the Company’s acquisition in 2019 Listed on the Stock Exchange.
Ms. Tu obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley (located in the United States) in May 1999, with a minor in Asian Studies, and a degree from Loyola Law School (located in the United States) in May 2006. ) Juris Doctor degree.
