Ramona Cappello

Ramona Cappello is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and board governance across multiple sectors. As a Partner at CEO Coaching International since September 2019, Ramona collaborates with top entrepreneurs and CEOs to enhance business growth and performance. Ramona is the Founder and CEO of Sun Harvest Salt, LLC, distributing all-natural sea salts from Baja California. Active in corporate governance, Ramona serves on the boards of Mercury Insurance, Domenico's Foods, and Felbro Food Products, where chairmanship will commence in October 2024. Additionally, Ramona is involved with the University of Southern California, holding multiple councilor positions, and has held leadership roles in YPO, including Gold Regional Chair. Education credentials include a BS in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, where Ramona graduated as valedictorian.
