James L. Feldesman

A founder of the firm and one of its senior partners, James L. Feldesman has been a champion of the rights of health and human service grantees for over 50 years. He is the primary author of the seminal work on federal grants law, better known as The Federal Grants Management Handbook (Thompson Publishing).
