Brian Benkstein

Brian Benkstein, JD, is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Felhaber Larson since June 2023. Previously, Brian served as a Shareholder and Employment and Labor Attorney on the management side at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. from August 2018 to July 2023. Brian also held the position of Attorney and Shareholder at Jackson Lewis P.C. from April 2014 to August 2018, and returned to Felhaber Larson for another tenure as Attorney and Shareholder from 2003 to December 2013. Earlier in Brian's career, significant roles included serving as Corporate Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator for AVIV Health Care, Inc., overseeing management of nursing homes in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Brian holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
