Colleen Kaufenberg

Colleen Kaufenberg, J.D., is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in employment, business, and litigation law. Currently serving as an Attorney at Felhaber Larson since 2022, Colleen specializes in counseling and representing employers in various legal matters, including compliance, discrimination, and contract disputes. Prior to this role, Colleen was an Attorney and Partner at Hansen Dordell from 2005 to 2021, advising clients across multiple legal domains such as workers’ compensation and insurance defense. Colleen's legal career began at Berglund & Varco as an Associate Attorney (1987-1996) and continued at Kaufenberg Law Firm (1997-2004). Colleen earned a Doctor of Law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
