Xavier Moreira Amado is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in business management and strategic marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for Felipe Motta S.A.'s Personal & Home Care Division since December 2020, Xavier oversees the marketing and distribution of leading consumer brands such as Kimberly-Clark and Colgate Palmolive. Prior to this role, Xavier held the position of Marketing Director at DICARINA, managing over 50 top consumer brands and partnerships with Mondelez International. Experience also includes serving as VP of Business Development LATAM at JVLAT, where responsibilities encompassed exclusive distribution and marketing for renowned brands, along with previous roles focusing on marketing and sales within Kimberly-Clark and The Gillette Company. Xavier holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidad Latina de Panamá and further education from the University of Colorado Denver.
