Felicia Luevano Williams MS, LCAS -A is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in substance abuse counseling and care management. Currently serving as a Primary Counselor and Continuing Care Coordinator at Fellowship Hall since January 2015, Felicia has previously worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern at the Criminal Justice Resource Center in Durham, NC, where responsibilities included co-facilitating treatment groups.
