Rachel Zack

Rachel Zack has over 13 years of professional experience in the transportation and mobility industry. In 2021, they began their current role as Chief of Staff at Felt, a company that provides the best way to make maps on the internet. From 2018 to 2021, they served as Director of Policy and Policy Strategist at Remix. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Innovative Mobility Lead at WSP, where they provided guidance and analysis on financial and technical impacts related to new mobility pilots. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Motorist Aid Coordinator at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, where they managed daily operations over 550 miles of freeway and performed traffic data analysis for program evaluation and improvement. In 2009, they held the role of Climate Action Planning Intern at the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. In 2008, they were the Green Ports Initiative Coordinator at Clean Air Council and Sustainable Housing Intern at ACTS Community Development Corporation. In 2007, they were the GIS Tech at Bryn Mawr College's Department of Geology and Intern at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission.

Rachel Zack obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Bryn Mawr College in 2008, majoring in Urban Studies/Affairs. Rachel then went on to receive their Masters of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009, with a focus on Land Use, Transportation, and Environmental Planning.
