Svein Halvor Halvorsen

Svein Halvor Halvorsen has a long and varied work experience. Svein Halvor began their career in 2003 as a System Administrator at the Norwegian Centre for Mathematics Education, where they worked on assessment tests for Norwegian school kids. In 2004 they took on a role as an Organisational Assistant at the same institution. In 2006 they became a Software Developer Intern at Point Carbon, where they wrote data scraping software in C# and Python. In 2008 they took on a role as a Photographer for a student newspaper. In 2010 they worked as a Freelance Developer, programming mobile apps for coffee (and money). Svein Halvor also worked as an App Developer for the ISFIT-2011 festival, featuring program, map, and picture sharing for participants and guests. In 2011 they became an iOS Developer at Telenor Group, making a native iOS app for the one-click, no-signup video conference solution. Svein Halvor also worked as an iOS and Mac OS X developer at the same company. In 2016 they took on the roles of Founding Partner and Developer at Fink AS, as well as Senior Consultant at VRTKL. Svein Halvor is currently a Software Developer at FeltGIS.

Svein Halvor Halvorsen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2001 to 2011, studying mathematics, physics, and philosophy.
