Carolyn Eames

Carolyn Eames is the current Director of Customer Success at Felux. Prior to their current role, they served as Customer Success Director, Strategic Accounts for IntelliShift from June 2020 to April 2021. Carolyn has also held the position of Technical Account Management Lead at Adomik from December 2018 to June 2020, and Success Consultant at BoomTown - Real Estate Platform from May 2015 to November 2018. Carolyn's other work experience includes serving as Marketing and Business Development for Walk Away Stays, LLC from September 2014 to May 2015, and Owner/Designer for Mudslinger Children's Wear from January 2007 to September 2011.

Carolyn Eames graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from New York University. Carolyn also has a certification from PracticalCSM.com as a Certified Customer Success Management Professional - Level 4.
