Tanisha R. Williams

Tanisha R. Williams has a diverse professional background in human resources, talent development, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Next Gem Femme Mentee at Femme It Forward, a mentorship program focused on supporting young women of color, Tanisha previously held roles in global talent development as an Onboarding Concierge at Ralph Lauren and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Levy Restaurants, where responsibilities included managing the hiring process and assisting with employee inquiries. Tanisha also has experience in accounts payable coordination for sports merchandise at Barclays Center, as well as various administrative roles at organizations such as Hetrick-Martin Institute and JCCA. Tanisha's educational background includes studies at Grace Institute and St. John's University.
