Chloe Guilfoyle is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-founder of Avalon since November 2024, where the focus is on creating an ecosystem designed for and by entrepreneurs. As Directrice Générale / COO at Femmes Business Angels since June 2023, Chloe leads a prominent network of women investors in France and Europe, responsible for financing over 200 start-ups. Additionally, Chloe is a Guest Speaker at various prestigious educational institutions, sharing insights on entrepreneurship. Formerly, as CEO & Founder of Spot On Travel from July 2020 to June 2023, Chloe transformed local tourism through an impact tech startup. Chloe's background includes experience in risk management and corporate law from roles at Marsh and The Citco Group. Educational qualifications include postgraduate degrees in international commercial law and maritime and transport law.
