Heidi Rauch

Heidi Rauch is an accomplished founder and leader specializing in women's wellness, FemTech, fashion, and consumer packaged goods. Since August 2022, Heidi has been the founder of HER Agency, offering executive-level support for lifestyle brands, while also serving as the Head of Growth for Become Clothing, a menopause-focused brand. Previously, Heidi directed maternity initiatives at Adore Me after founding and growing the maternity apparel brand Belabumbum, which was acquired by Adore Me in 2019. Heidi's extensive background includes consulting roles at Loup Design + Innovation and Facilitating Change, as well as significant experience at the Organization of American States, where projects focused on social and economic development in Latin America and the Caribbean. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Communication from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
