Eric Vance

Eric Vance has worked in various roles within the production and construction industry. At Fence and Deck Depot, Eric currently serves as a Production Manager, overseeing inventory, installer efficiency, material costs, production goals, and customer complaints. Previously, at ELM Home & Building Solutions, Eric was a National Production Trainer and Regional Production Manager. Eric's experience also includes roles as a Project / Production Manager at Suburban Heights Apartments, Foreman at Lane House Construction, Field Service Technician at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., and Sales/Service at R & S Pool & Spa. Eric holds an Associate of applied science (A.A.S) in Network security from St Charles Community College and completed their General Studies at Hazewood Central High School.
