Ludwig Asen

Ludwig Asen currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at FENECON GmbH since November 2018, focusing on corporate strategy and partner management for coordinated research projects. Previously, Ludwig held the position of Schatzmeister at OpenEMS Association e.V. from November 2018 to November 2022. From April 2014 to October 2018, Ludwig worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität München, concentrating on the development and characterization of catalysts for fuel cells, as well as the investigation of electrochemical refractory and rare earth metal separations, and the deposition of copper and platinum using quartz crystal microbalance techniques with ultrasonic influence. Ludwig holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics from Technical University of Munich (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from the same institution (2008-2011), supplemented by an Abitur from Adalbert Stifter Gymnasium Passau (1999-2008).
