Bongani Nyoni

Bongani Nyoni has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and systems analysis. Bongani is currently working as a Software Developer at Kaha and Fenergo, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer at Capitec Bank from March 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Developer at Haefele Software from October 2018 to March 2020. Bongani also has experience as a Systems Analyst/Software Developer at Shearwater Adventures from November 2014 to September 2018. Bongani worked as a Compen Data Capture Clerk at the National Railways of Zimbabwe Contributory Pension Fund from April 2014 to October 2014. In addition, Bongani worked as a System Consultant at Soft-IT Consultants International from June 2011 to August 2012.

Bongani Nyoni pursued their education in a chronological manner. Bongani attended Mzilikazi High School from 2007 to 2008, focusing on sciences during this period. Following high school, they enrolled at the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honours degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Bongani Nyoni also obtained various certifications. In 2019, they completed courses on C# & .NET: Programming and C# Design Patterns: Part 1 through LinkedIn. In 2021, they earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Continuing their professional development, Bongani Nyoni completed multiple courses in 2022, including the DevOps Pre-Requisite Course, Terraform Basics Training Course, Docker Training Course for the Absolute Beginner, and Kubernetes for the Absolute Beginners - Hands-on Tutorial, all offered by KodeKloud. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
