Eman Mostafa

Eman Mostafa has a wealth of experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Fenergo since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Engineering at Sentinels, where they led cross-functional teams in building a B2B API-first multi-tenant SaaS transaction monitoring product. Eman also worked as an Engineering Manager at Sentinels, collaborating with engineers and product managers to enhance the Sentinels AML solution. Eman also worked at Zurich Insurance as a Senior Scrum Master, supporting multiple scrum teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, they were an Agile Coach at elmenus, where they established agile practices and coached teams on agile adoption. Eman's earlier experience includes an Engineering Manager role at ITWORX, where they led a team of software developers and supported the product owner in the development process. Eman also held positions as a Project Leader and Software Quality Project Leader at ITWORX.

Eman Mostafa completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Information Systems from Ain Shams University, graduating in 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained two additional certifications. In 2014, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
