Bianca Steer

Bianca Steer works exclusively on the infrastructure funds. She is focused on bid management, proposal development and supporting transactions into execution.

Bianca has spent the last 16 years delivering social infrastructure projects in Australia and North America for city, state and federal government clients.

Prior to joining Fengate, Bianca worked for Plenary Americas and Capella Capital focused on social infrastructure P3 projects across origination, design, construction and operations phases.

Bianca holds a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Project Management from the Australian National University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville).
