Thomas Deboer

Thomas DeBoer is a seasoned professional in the fields of cybersecurity and IT, currently serving as a Cell Major - Ransomware Engineer at Fenix24 since June 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held multiple engineering positions at USAA, including Lieutenant - Cyber Disaster Recovery Engineer, from September 2020 to May 2023. Thomas’s extensive experience also includes roles as Infrastructure Engineer for the United States Courts, Cloud Security Architect at CyberArk, and a range of technical positions at Nuance Communications and the US Army. Notably, Thomas contributed to significant military operations, including training and budget analysis, as well as innovative solutions that resulted in substantial cost savings for the government. Thomas holds an Associate of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute and various technical certifications from multiple educational institutions.
