Nicholas Simms

Nicholas Simms is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the consumer brands sector. As the Founder and Managing Director of NCES Enterprises since 2002, Nicholas has led a boutique strategic advisory and investment firm focused on unlocking value for consumer brands. Nicholas currently serves as a Corporate Advisor for GourmetPro, providing expertise in international trade for food and beverage brands, and holds a position on the Advisory Board of COYO Australia. Previously, Nicholas was the Director of The Aussie Plant Based Co. and served as a Strategic Advisor for Landcorp Farming Ltd. From 2016 to 2018, Nicholas was the Chief Executive Officer of Bubs Australia, successfully transitioning the company from a sub $20 million private entity to an ASX Top 300 company with a market capitalization of over $500 million. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager of International for PZ Cussons and General Manager of Commercial & International for five:am organics, where Nicholas facilitated substantial growth and exit strategies.
