Todd Williams has a strong background in land use and real estate law. Todd is currently working as the Director | Land Use & Real Estate Attorney at Fennemore, where they assist clients with land use entitlement and land use litigation matters in California. Todd has expertise in various aspects including zoning analysis, use permits, environmental regulations, historic resources, and subdivision maps. Prior to their current role, Todd worked as a Partner at Wendel Rosen LLP, where they focused on securing and defending land use entitlements for public and private clients. Todd has also held positions at Morgan Miller Blair, Bingham McCutchen, McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Todd began their career as a Staff Writer at the Contra Costa Times.

Todd Williams completed their B.A. in English at UCLA from 1986 to 1989. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 1995 to 1998, earning a J.D. degree in Law.
