Noel Mathew

Noel Mathew is an experienced Technical Manager in Research and Development at Fenner Conveyors, with a career spanning from May 2016 to the present. At Fenner Conveyors, responsibilities include supporting the industrialization of Michelin compounds for conveyor belts and conducting validation trials for final approval, along with conducting wire temperature checks on Rotocures. Previously, at Australian Aluminium Finishing, Noel served as a Chemical and Water Treatment Officer, providing technical assistance and implementing strategies to reduce non-conformance issues in production. Noel holds dual Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Honours) and Bachelor of Science (Applied Chemistry) degrees from RMIT University, along with a Victorian Certificate of Education from Frankston High School.
