Juhani Rajalahti

Juhani Rajalahti is an experienced Solutions Architect at Fennia, where responsibilities include leading a digital transformation initiative that modernizes key business systems and replaces the customer portal and web shops with Salesforce. Previously, Juhani served as a Risk Manager, overseeing risk management and customer service tools for the business customer segment, and collaborated with an external partner to implement modern tools for insurance quote calculation, risk assessment, and customer service. Juhani's experience also includes roles as an Account Manager, Sales Negotiator, and Customer Negotiator at Fennia from December 2009 to December 2010. Juhani holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Vaasa, completed in 2011, as well as a secondary education from Ikaalisten lukio, finished in 2004.
