Niko Byman

Niko Byman is an experienced Operational Risk Analyst currently employed at Fennia since November 2021. Previously, Niko worked as an Internal Auditor in the insurance sector with OP Financial Group from January 2019 to October 2021, focusing on audit processes, risk identification, and control assessments. Prior to that, Niko served as a Senior Associate at PwC Finland, specializing in risk assurance services, IT audits, and data analytics. Niko's career also includes roles as an Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive in insurance brokerage at Aon, claims adjusting positions at OP Financial Group and LähiTapiola, and initial experience in back-office processes at Varma. Niko holds a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Insurance Science and Risk Management from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Technology from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
