Nina Kiviranta has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Nina worked at Fennia from 2009 to the present, starting as an Insurance Claims Handler and progressing to Service Manager, Group Manager, and currently, the Head of Department responsible for corporate and personal health insurance. At Fennia, they also led a team of claims adjusters and specialists as a Service Manager. Before joining Fennia, Nina worked at Oy Hartwall Ab as a Beverages Seller and Customer Servant, and at Paperilla Oy as a Sales Assistant.
Nina Kiviranta began their education at Kauniainen High School, where they completed their high school education from 2000 to 2003. Nina then attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Advertising and Corporate Communications.
Continuing their academic journey, Nina pursued a Master's degree at Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2024. Nina'sfield of study for the master's degree was Business Administration and Management, General.
In addition to their formal education, Nina obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Basics of Service Design certification from Helsingin seudun kauppakamari - Helsinki region Chamber of Commerce. Also, they achieved the Specialist Qualification in Management from the Financial and Insurance Institute FINVA in June 2014. Furthermore, in January 2013, they completed the Onnistu työpaikkakouluttajana / Succeed as a trainer training from the Financial and Insurance Institute FINVA.
