Ilene H. Ferenczy

Ilene Ferenczy is an accomplished ERISA attorney and thought leader with extensive experience in employee benefits law. Currently serving as an ERISA Attorney at Ferenczy Benefits Law Center since September 2004, Ilene has held significant roles including Managing Partner at Ferenczy + Paul LLP and Owner of the Law Offices of Ilene H. Ferenczy, LLC. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Powell Goldstein LLP and Altman, Kritzer & Levick, LLP, where Ilene led the employee benefits practice. Earlier career positions included Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP, and Associate Attorney at Reish & Luftman. Academic credentials include two Doctor of Law degrees from Georgia State University College of Law and Western State College of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from UCLA.
