James Reid

James Reid is a seasoned product design leader specializing in software and user experience design. Currently serving as Product Design Lead - Software at UBCO since January 2022, James also holds the position of Product Design Lead at Fergus while previously contributing as a Senior UX Designer at Harmoney and Orion Health. With a strong foundation in user-centered design, mentorship, and collaboration, James has effectively guided redesigns and led various teams across multiple projects. Early career experiences include roles in retouching, prepress, and audio engineering, complemented by academic qualifications in computer graphics, mechanical engineering, and audio production.
