Ian Graham

Ian Graham is currently serving as Group General Counsel at Ferguson plc since May 2019. Previously, Ian held various positions at BAE Systems from January 2008 to May 2019, including SVP & General Counsel for BAE Systems, Inc., VP & Deputy General Counsel (Strategy & International), and VP & General Counsel. Prior to BAE Systems, Ian was the SVP & General Counsel at Armor Holdings from May 2006 to December 2007, a company acquired by BAE Systems. Ian's earlier experience includes roles as VP & Deputy General Counsel at EMCORE Corp. and Partner at Jenner & Block LLP, specializing in government contracts, corporate law, and telecommunications. Ian began the career as Associate General Counsel at UUNET and worked as an Associate at McKenna & Cuneo. Ian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
