Jeffery Lakin

Jeffery Lakin, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Zeus since June 2024. Previously, Lakin held the role of Director of Human Resources at Ferguson Enterprises from July 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included HR strategic leadership for two business units with $7B in revenue and oversight of 4,000 associates across 300+ locations in the U.S. Prior to Ferguson, Lakin worked at Ingersoll Rand from June 2004 to July 2018 in various capacities including Human Resources Leader, providing HR leadership for over 1,300 employees globally, and serving as an HR business partner to a sales and services leadership team. Lakin's career started at Ingersoll Rand from May 1999 to May 2002 in several HR roles, including Training and Development Specialist. Lakin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Regis University.
