Bernie Paul

Bernie Paul has extensive experience in the marine engineering field, currently serving as an Engineer and Pipework Manager at Ferguson Marine Ltd since February 2015. In this role, Bernie is responsible for the installation of main machinery and pipework in vessels, overseeing commissioning processes, and coordinating with customers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Prior to this, Bernie held the position of Ship Manager and IWT Manager at BAE Systems from August 2006 to February 2015, where responsibilities included the installation of machinery, pipework, and steelwork for the Type 45 destroyers and Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier, along with pressure testing of approximately 66,000 pipes. Education was completed at Port Glasgow High School from 1978 to 1982.
