Alisha Talwar

Alisha Talwar is an experienced professional currently serving as an Estimating Coordinator at FERMAR since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alisha held the position of Human Resources Manager at Modern Home Furnishing from August 2020 to July 2022, and worked as a Business & Economics Teacher at Miri Piri Academy from April 2016 to June 2020, where Alisha taught international students from diverse backgrounds. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Economics from Delhi University. Additionally, Alisha possesses a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bangalore, and completed a six-month course on Creating Cultures of Thinking at Harvard University in 2019, along with a recent certification in responding to requests for proposals from The Construction Institute of Canada in March 2023.
