Maximilien Gaudette

Maximilien Gaudette is a Data Scientist at Winter Farm since September 2021, recognized as a speaker at key events such as ALL IN Canada 2023 and the Quebec Chief Innovator Award finalists contest in 2022. In addition to contributing to the company's accolades, including the Quebec Chief Innovator Award, Artificial Intelligence Award, and Technology and Productivity Award, Maximilien has engaged in a research project on interoperability of information systems in vertical farming through IVADO/MITACS. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Analyst at Il Pagliaccio from September 2014 to September 2021, during which the restaurant was ranked 60th in Canada's 100 best restaurants. Maximilien holds a Master's degree in Business Intelligence with a specialization in Data Science from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Gastronomy from ESG UQAM, along with certifications in culinary arts from ALMA and the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
